bad... first four moves are way from being forced,black can move differently and defent it easily...

Black was mate on the 5th move, you made the wrong move.

Yes, this position is clearly not a forced mate. After 1.Qb4, white is actually threatening less, and black has a wide range of possible choices. White's best choice is probably just winning the rooks with 1.Qxd8+.
