Appears to be correct! As a composer you can ignore black duals if they do not refute the solvabily or if you don't want them due to subsequent white duals! So 19 ... Kd7 is not an issue. However, if ...Kd7 had lead to a unique winning sequence then it would have counted as a valuable variation!
