There's an alternative solution: 1... Rh5!! 2. Nxe4 Bxh2+! 3. Kh1 Bg3+! 4. Kh1 Qh2#

I found 1. ... Rh5 as well, although if I found it, it probably doesn't deserve an exclam.  It doesn't have the style of the queen sac, though.
