My First Puzzle

Why would you think there are no actual puzzles here? Chess.com's puzzles are just chess.com's puzzles and they are as they are for the purpose of teaching and for testing your skills - mainly related to playing chess games. But on a Forum like this one you can post puzzles for puzzles'sake and there are many which are much more advanced and beautiful than chess.com's own puzzles. This is no more than a third rate puzzle site.

Of course, without quality control there is an enormous amount of trash as well. It depend on which puzzles are selected by the posters and how much attention they pay to the solutions, analysis and comments!

Making a top puzzle requires skill and years of experience. Your puzzle is correct which is already an achievement around here!

Thanks for your reply Arisktotle. I don't think that, and yes I know that. But before I looked I had not seen this puzzle subforum & so wondered if submitting a puzzle was the only way to share it. When I discovered I couldn't, I shared it here exactly as you have said, because I saw that that was the thing to do.
