The first puzzle (in the first post) is up to standards 
. A clear objective, no «duals», no overlooked lines, and Black always plays one of his best moves.
It seems like you understood this, since Black's response on his last move here is specifically set so there is a unique move from White to deliver mate in one afterwards. There would have been duals in other variations.
The first puzzle is an example of what people like to see on this forum.

Actually I thought this will be great puzzle when it happens for white to sac. a Knight, then two Rooks like this. But best move for white doesn't go that way. What a miss.
can't find a way to set pieces to not allow the Rb5#
7th move of last puzzle not quite right!
