There is no settings option within puzzles
If you're on the Puzzle Path feature the settings icon at the top should allow you to switch—-> not for me

Is the issue you're having is that you have the Puzzle Path and you don't want it?
The option is also under More > Settings > Puzzles

The website doesn't have the new puzzle feature yet but will at some point.

I am just referring to situation that in app i do not have in settings chance to set for old version / path of puzzle, this option is visible just in website version.

I hate the new puzzle mode.
1 I hate not immediately knowing how my last puzzle affected my rating
2 the bot at the top of the screen is really annoying and quite distracting
3 I hate how it looks and when I switch it to classic mode it still looks terrible
I feel like they should let you switch it completely back to the OG version for the ppl, like me, who hate change

I am glad I am not the only one who finds the dummy on top of the puzzles making super annoying useless comments 🤔 Let's get rid of this format and go back to the old way. I intensely dislike this new format almost to the point of not wanting to do puzzles. Or find a more productive format‼️ I am all for progress 📚

Accidentally hit send on that, using the chess. Com forums for the first time ever because the puzzle update is so bad! I also like a previous commenter as a premium member come on here when I can to do puzzles. And a bit ago now came on to do a puzzle and was shocked by the progression system that was weird. But now the coach turned me off from doing puzzles it was so dumb and distracting. Too much information missing, too much bloat. I just want a full screen chessboard, my rating and rating change, and a small hint/ solution/ retry/ next etc at the bottom.

Ok, I turned the coach off in settings whew so much better. The puzzle graph after doing a puzzle is nice. Interface is not nearly so bad now with the other newprogression thing turned off.
Ugh, I was considering buying a membership because I like doing the puzzles. Not anymore. The guy is obnoxious. Graphics are more in your face. This sucks.
