pawn ending

A few notes on this endgame:
In 1-on-1 blockaded pawn positions, the three squares to the left or right of a pawn are critical squares, and if your opponent's king reaches any of them, he's sure to eventually win your pawn. In this case, losing the pawn means losing the game. For Black to draw he must prevent White from reaching a6, b6, c6, e6, f6, and g6.
If 1...Kf7? 2.Kf5! White siezes the opposition and Black must give way. If 2...Ke7 3.Kg7 and if 2...Kg7 3.Ke6. Either way, White's king reaches a critical square and wins.
