after (10...)Nxc4 White plays Qd5

How about 9...Nxc4 10.dxc4 Bxc4? Now black has the bishop pair outside his pawn chain, both on nice diagonals. 9.Bh4 is not the best for white though, it's better to move his bishop to the d2 than to maintain pressure on f6-pawn.

I only explained you why the sideline after 6...Be6 7.Nd5 Na5 with black's f7-pawn staying on its square wins a pawn for black. My solution to your second puzzle, though, is 6...Na5 - as I said, it attacks the bishop on c4 and clears c6 square for the pawn so that d5 isn't a knight post for white anymore. I'd still like to know what is your solution to the first puzzle (preventing Bxf6) -  I honestly think there isn't one.
