Problems with the puzzles on Chess.com

Thanks. So that analysis button explains why a certain move is the best move? I'll try that out later as I am out of my free puzzles for today.

P.S. mijn username is geen grapje naar jou toe, maar gewoon al een paar jaar mijn username.
😊 ik vind 'm wel leuk gevonden
Well.... the analysis button gives the computer analysis of the different moves you can play; that way you can may be figure it out by trying different moves and seeing what the computer suggests.

I'm advised to do the puzzles on this website (https://www.chess.com/article/view/study-plan-beyond-the-basics) but I don't see the benefit of doing that when I can't find out why a certain move is the solution, or why another move isn't - I can't find feedback on the moves. For instance, I got this puzzle today
...and I honestly can't find out why the solution is the best move. In the meantime I give all the wrong answers and my rating has plummeted 😄 (not that I really care).
So my question is: how am I actually going to learn from these daily puzzles? I'm an absolute beginner and like to stay motivated 🤗
There is no king on that puzzle
