Actually, Rh6 seems perfectly fine as a winning move (I was thinking we had to go to mate, but that's not right) ... and I can't find better!

i think Ng4+-Kf4 and then Rxf5+, but i didn't look at it on a real board, just vision, so it might have flaws...
