Qxb6 is a good move but it's not a 'winning' move. After black responds with axb5 white still has a good bit of work to do.
d6 is a weak move because black still responds with axb5 (freeing the rook up the a-file), after which dxe7 allows black to respond with a deployment of the Queen, winning a pawn at the same time and pinning/attacking e4 pawn.

You're not really. Saying the winning move implies that it results in a won position. Making a move that results in one side as 'winning' does not mean the move is a 'winning move' it simply means that it is a good one.
Anyway just a mix-up of terms.
