Qxb6 is a good move but it's not a 'winning' move.  After black responds with axb5 white still has a good bit of work to do.

d6 is a weak move because black still responds with axb5 (freeing the rook up the a-file), after which dxe7 allows black to respond with a deployment of the Queen, winning a pawn at the same time and pinning/attacking e4 pawn.

10.Qxb6 axb5 11.Qxb7 Rb8 12.Qa6 c6 13.Nd4 Rb6 14.Qa5 cxd5 15.exd5 and White is winning

But winning is not 'won'. Cool

You're not really. Saying the winning move implies that it results in a won position. Making a move that results in one side as 'winning' does not mean the move is a 'winning move' it simply means that it is a good one.

Anyway just a mix-up of terms. Cool
