How many leagues are there in the puzzles because I’ve been grinding for so long and I don’t really know of it’s worth it

It's not worth "grinding" at all for some imaginary icon, especially if the puzzles you get are easy and obvious mate in 1 or 2. There are websites that have more interesting chess puzzles. However, it is everyone's choice for themselves, this is just my opinion.
