I just noticed: I can still see my percentile, it's still at . Weirdly, I can only see it on my handphone, but not on my laptop.

Hi folks,
probably most of you who are reading this are aware that the puzzle rating had a complete overhaul about two months ago. Many complained about a huge rating loss. I lost some 900 points, too, but that's not what I want to talk about. I want to share some observations and ask some questions about them.
1. Puzzle rating percentile: I used to be able to see my puzzle rating percentile, the last time was a few days after the rating system change. Back then it was at 99.8%. Now I cannot find it anymore. Has it actually been disabled? Or is it a bug that it is not shown anymore? Or can anyone provide some information where we can find the percentile now?
2. Puzzle stats curve vs. leaderboard: It seems there is a massive mismatch between these two. Top rank is at 3975, and the top 25 are in the range between 3700 and 3975. However when hovering over the stats curve, it suggests that there are more than 1000 players with a rank of 4000, and summing up the numbers above the rating of 4000, there are more than 4000 players in these categories. I don't think this can be explained by the difference between active and total users, So the question is, is this a bug?
3. Also, I don't think that the curve is still based on the pre-system change data, because of the following observation: Before the system change, the curve was quite similar to the curve now: it was biased, meaning that the average rating (currently 1091) is significantly larger than the curve's top (which is around 600). Before the rating system change there was such a difference between average and top, too, though maybe about 600 points higher each. However, a few days after the system change the curve looked very much different: almost like a normal distribution, . unbiased, so average and top had the same values, which were around 1300, with a standard deviation of maybe 150 points. Has anyone observed that, too? What does that say about the rating system change in general?
4. Finally, maybe also related to the puzzle rating dynamics, but more a personal observation: After the system change the puzzles became quite easy for me, I could increase my rating about 100 points. Then, puzzles suddenly became extraordinarily difficult (more than you would expect), which made me lose 170 points. After that they slowly became easier again, and I am almost back to my (post-system-change) peak. I understand that puzzles become easier when your rating drops, and more difficult when your rating increases, but since I didn't change any settings, or effort in solving, I would expect my rating to converge to a rating that matches my skills, and not fluctuate much from there. It seems these rollercoaster fluctuations are more systemic than individual. Has anyone had similar experience?
