Puzzle rush solutions

I used to be able to see the puzzles I did for puzzle rush and check the solutions. There were a couple of ways of doing this. One was it showed the puzzles with a red "x" which I could click on, or I could go to tactics. Now neither of these works. I'm using an iPad.

I never succeeded in revisiting my redxed rush puzzles, but I agree it should be possible. How else can we learn from our mistakes?

WHERE I CAN SEE FAILED PUZZLE RUSH ANSWERS

At the end of the rush, after you finish, you should be able to click on each one of the puzzles, right or wrong. It will bring you to tactics, and it can show you the answer there. However, if you leave the puzzle rush page, you won't be able to see that exact rush again.

Anyone know why for this puzzle, black doesn't take rook on d1 before moving queen to c6 to threaten mate in 1?? 

White doesn't have to take your rook, and get time to defend mate - you would win a rook, but the current position is already a forced mate

Keep in mind I am using a desktop, it may be different for mobile users, not sure. 

At the end of the puzzle rush, on the right-hand side of the screen, you will see green check marks on puzzles you passed, and red X's on puzzles you failed. To find the solution for a specific puzzle, click on the red X of the puzzle you are seeking the solution for, and a new tab should open to that puzzle's solution. 

Seriously, why don't you just check engine analysis and see for yourself?

1. - Rxd1 2. Rxd1 Qc6 3. Kf1 and white's king runs away. You lose instead of winning.

clicking on red x for wrongly answered puzzles does not seem to open new tab with solution. How to check for correct answers?
