@post58 , why would black promote to bishop (2 black dark-squared bishops)

Thanks for spotting the mistake, I will change it so that there is 1 light squared bishop and 1 dark squared bishop.

I don’t get your response to earlier post on #1: if Nd1 is a valid solution then it’s a bad puzzle. The tactic isn’t necessarily a bad one to learn, just the fact that the setup leaves two correct solutions. You can’t call Nd1 “wrong” if it’s just as good as the programmed answer.

on num. 7, Bb5+,how about Qd7?

why is your puzzle solution 18 Rad8 and not Rfd8. Either way they both get the queen, so why is one better than the other?

in the 1st 1 1. Nd1 also works

it says wrong

Either way you win the queen, however Rad8 is slightly better according to Stockfish
