Puzzles rating unfairness

I'm starting this forum because I've just lost the whopping of 26 points in a single puzzle, while I only get 5-7 per correct puzzle. So I'm asking you, am I the only one? Are you also dissapointed of this rating system? Comment so chess.com team could see this and do something!

The points you earn depend on the puzzle difficulty and the amount of time you take.

Your current puzzles rating is 2378.

When you lost 26 points on a puzzle, it was rated only 800. That is more than 1500 points under your puzzles rating. You were supposed to be able to solve it easily.

Yes, it's totally bonkers and really demoralizing. I've also reported multiple issues to the Chess.com support staff (or is it just bots doing all the dirty work now?) about unfair play, and I haven’t heard back—nor have I gotten my points returned. Once my Diamond membership ends, I won’t look back. So long, Chess.com!

are the moderators blind enough to not see that we shouldn't be getting 800 puzzles as a 2378? I've been getting a couple 600s level puzzles as a 2500!

My problem is that all the puzzles I'm getting are easy even though my puzzles rating is over 2400. I'm only getting 5 points per correct puzzle and losing 30 of i get them wrong. Something must be broken.

Indeed. The issue isn’t unfair scoring. It’s entirely appropriate to lose 30 points if your rating is 3000 and you get a 600 puzzle wrong, and only get 5 when you get it right. That’s the point of the adaptive system. What’s broken in the system for the last 4 weeks now, is the failure of the puzzle algorithm to adapt the problems you receive to your puzzle rating.
