Sharingan lvl 3 (puzzle)

This is my second puzzle at chess.com. I'm using the name "sharingan" to make it interesting. Every level of sharingan will make the puzzle harder. Enjoy!
I think there may be a flaw in your puzzle. What happens if instead of 1. . . KxQ, the black king retreats? 1. . . Ka6?

well, most player will take the queen out of the board.

Okay, so we have a "puzzle" that works if and only if black plays poorly. Not much of a puzzle . . .
And BTW, after Ra8+ black simply blocks with the rook - Ra7 - after which white is left with nothing . . .
How did that position come to be??
