Shortest-proof-game challenge
I think I will start with an easy one
As you can see, often finding a proof game is fairly easy, but demonstrating that one is the shortest proof game can be challenging. I think as you do more work on proof games, you'll find out whether you get more satisfaction from being a starter or an improver of solutions or a composer of positions. (Or maybe all three!)
id like to be a starter
thats my preference since for me at least
starting is kinda relaxed which i like
improving im not the best at so others will outpace me
and composing a. its an edge position on illegality thus hard and good for challenging people but not me and i might just make a illegal position
b.if its too easy its not even a challenge
c.i cant find the sweetspot
the way this used to work is if your the best improver then you must become a composer which is too limiting
the way were doing it now is better imo
