This is my last puzzle for this year! Although it has a different pawn structure, this still technically counts as “Imprisoned King”.

Get a Winning Position

(yes, there are nine white pawns...the g2 pawn is necessary so one of the moves is forced and yes, the puzzle could have simply started at move 2 but it looks way cooler with move 1, it doesn’t matter anyways since the position is too crazy to happen in an actual game lol.)

The problem is not just the number of pawns but also the number of captures. Here is a version which is just legal in every respect:

Wow, nice work! That looks much cleaner than mine, and Bf4 is a really cool move by black. The first few moves for white are really limited but at least it doesn’t have 9 pawns and still follows the same idea. xD
