stuck at 2300 puzzles!

I'm stuck at 2300 puzzles. Have been at around that for months. Keep going above 2300 and then dropping down.
Advice anyone?
It’s unbelievable for a 1100 to get 2300 in puzzle. When I was 1100 I probably got only 1600-1700. I guess you should try to apply your calculation to real games or improving positional understanding. 2300 puzzle is enough to get to 1600 or 1800. You had been playing too less and training too much.

Well, I seem to be cursed as every time I approach 1200, I seem to tilt. I sometimes think I'm about to rocket ahead to 1300+ but I keep playing rubbish!
What would you recommend to improve elo?
