The second one was exactly played in the game. The first one actually went 1. Qh5 Nxf1 2. Ng3 Qf3 3. Qh8#.

For the last puzzle you have to find the fastest mate which is in 7 moves or less.
Question on the 3rd puzzle. When the white bishop is on d7 why not just kill it with the rook?

The truth is you could, playing a position with queens on the board with and your enemy's king wide in the open should also be good. However going for the extra pawn is a little better because it also forces simplification.

I liked #12 too. It's the sort of move that is very easily overlooked in a game. Much easier when you know it's a puzzle!
