Tactics trainer for desktop?

Hey is there a free tactics  trainer for windows 10 desktop? because the internet is SUPER slow in china (other  wise i'd just use chesstempo) so I need some desktop app.

 

Please help! I'm getting weak!!!!!!!!!

There's also Fred Mellender's Yatt:

It comes with a set of tactics ranging from very easy to hard, but if you have your own PGN tactics set, you can import it into Yatt.

thanks, but any programs with a rating system as well? like ctr-art something like this.
