Tactics Trainer loading errors

Can code be added to the tactics trainer so that if it registers an error when loading the problem, it doesn't count the problem as skipped. This has been happening a lot the last 2 days. If the logic is able to figure out it had trouble loading the problem it should be able to catch the error and clean up properly without penalizing the user.

For now if you are having trouble with interruptions with your internet connection while in the Tactics Trainer then you can always try the unrated mode so that a skipped problem will not count against you.
