Test of how to post a puzzle - text before puzzle. (Rf6+ is first move. This isn't a good puzzle because there are numerous moves to get the checkmate - but it gets the job done. Just remember the tactic is to move the rooks all the way to the furthest file away from the king when it approaches. Or use the hint button if it's going too slow.)
Text after the puzzle.
How to make a puzzle:
This is for a Web browser on my PC. I don’t know about iOS, Android, etc. apps.
Go to Forums » Click on “New Topic”.
Name your topic.
From drop-down choose “More Puzzles”.
Type any text you want to appear before the puzzle.
In the box for posting click the upper-left chessboard icon that says “Insert chess game or diagram”.
I only know how to use a PGN – I have not started from a fresh board or even a setup board and played the positions.
Paste in PGN of beginning position. (Maybe you can work backwards if it is the ending position – I am not sure.)
Make the moves pertinent to your puzzle.
Click the menu item on the right that says “Theme”.
Check the box that says “Puzzle”.
Click “Insert”.
Type any text you want to appear after the puzzle.
Click “Post”.
It doesn’t look like you can use the iOS apps anyway. When posting to forums it seems to be text only. But I suspect you can use the browser on your phone or tablet to do it.
