This is one of my favorite mating sequences and I almost never hear it brought up by name. I think it can be really useful if the setup can be created by forceful tactics or even bated with a decoy, uneven trade etc.. Obviously, with such a looming threat on the board, finding oneself in a position to immediately play the main 4 moves is not going to be common occurrence.
