Very easy. But why did the black move the rook?
even if black promoted the pawn and got a queen on the its first move white still has checkmate with the same move Rh7
black was just stalling the innevitable

Black would be able to check with rook and get the knight for free along with being able to promote the pawn so Ng5 would lead to white demise
