Simple: Black's bishop can't move to give you check, so you can play Qc3, and if:
Rd1 then Na3#
Rb1 then Ne3#
Kb1 then Na3#
Kd1 then Ne3#
And none of the pawns can move because they're on the wrong side of the board.

I found this in the local paper; white to play and win in two moves. I can't I solve it! :)
