Yury, the legals mate page isnt right about that being mate, the knight can capture, in fact, white loses both knights and a queen, for a cheap early check.


 Thank you, dc1985, for telling me that the diagram is wrong. I changed it know. It should be (and it is now):

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 d6 3. Bc4 Nc6 4. Nc3 Bg4 5. h3 Bh5 6. Nxe5 Bxd1 7. Bxf7+ Ke7 8. Nd5#, but if after 6.Nxe5 Nxe5 then 7.Qxh5 and white wins a pawn.
