One bishop is indeed misplaced. When corrected it's a good chess puzzle and no more than that. There are tenth (perhaps hundreds) of thousands of harder chess puzzles. It's a popular genre. At least there is a bit of modesty in not claiming it is the hardest ever chess puzzle!
