Are you talking about threads? A forum is something completely different.
"General Chess Discussion" is a forum. "10000000 iq suggestion" is a thread.

you know how there are different sections like general discussion and off topic right? so, in that, i think there should be a top forum maker one also, and only some people get awarded the "top forum maker" title

Help me out for an answer, for sometime since I had been playing I noticed that on close games going to a draw your opponent looses on time and still the system counted as a draw..Does any get some how frustrated by this???

If by "top" you mean most in quantity, I'll pass. If you mean most interesting threads, I'll buy in. I'll take quality over quantity any day.

Yeah, OP might have meant topics like he has made... definitely don't reward that stuff.
