Backstory: Farengar watched his parents leave him behind as a young child. His parents had to leave him for his safety, eventually a group of bandits found Farengar and took him in. They tought him how to use a sword and shield, which he despised, whenever he could sneak away from his "family" he would practice necromancy. He left the bandits and went to school to learn about magic more and became a wizard to fight for his beliefs.
Equipment: Staff that can raise the dead (average looking staff with skull at the end), many spells that he has learned along his journey, and a dagger for an emergency.

[Story Time with Raven]
The year is 1234. Magic flows through the veins of the world, and those who inhabit it as well. Humanity thrived on this power for many years, but, like humans do, they misused this power. This started what is now known as "The Great Wizard Wars", a time period where, for 50 years, kings and queens couldn't settle on anything, choosing only what was best for themselves. This time period has ended, and the people have recovered. But the land? The land still bears scars, some places even having irrevocable damage dealt to it. In the current year, small skirmishes between wizards are not uncommon, and there usually aren't any casualties (besides the wizards involved, but they started the problem). In these lands, everything feels... strained. Like at any moment, everything could come undone. This is present in some areas, where beings of pure magical energy called "Elementals" form and destroy anything in their path. The poor are left to die in the wasteland in-between kingdoms while the rich are not far away from that. There is little hope, but there are rumors, whispers, stories about a land beyond here, a peaceful lands without the destruction left behind by the wars. Where is your place in this, you ask? You play as an aspiring young (or old, it doesn't matter) Mage in Dusmith, a place in much disrepair, and yet the citizens refuse to leave. Of course, it's controlled by the High Council: A group of prestigious Mages that maintains ord throughout the land... and of course, never lays back on the taxes. One by one, a group of people (you, my wonderful players), not having much significance now, recieve messages. On them, there is an address and a message:
"Dear [Your name here],
I have sent you this message to ask you to do me a favor: go, and find for
me the promised land of the stories. What's that, you want a reward? Your reward
shall be as follows: One (1) Magical weapon with an effect and design of your
choosing, and then thousand (10,000) gold pieces. Happy now? Alright, to get started
I need you to go to the plaza at midnight on the next full moon. Have fun and try not to die, will ya?
