To those of you who were asking if that's me, you are also correct

The reason I'm asking is because people have kept asking me (this was happening quite often a few years back) if I'm Polish, Lithuanian etc.. Once an English woman thought I was Polish! 
, and she was shocked to hear I'm English! Yes, a fellow countryman mistook me for a Pole! People thinking I'm Eastern European has been bugging me for years! (and I see P_or is guilty as charged too ) And if that wasn't enough, the other day someone couldn't tell if I was English or Polish 
. I wanted to know if I actually do look Eastern European or if it was just the people around here (Slough that is, not Chess.com, though I suppose there are plenty on thie site too 
), as there are many of them (Eastern Europeans) here. That being said however, people have got it right, or close to right, but those were rare occasions 
.
As for the age, well, yesterday someone asked me if I'm over 18. I'm not sure whether to be irritated or flattered . Though I have been told more than once I look younger than I actually am.
