are there any radio stations there that will play new music? i don't mean taylor swift or other pop stuff, but bands.
I ask because, when i lived near chicago, there were only a couple of stations that would play new music that wasn't predetermined to be 'hits' (swift, beiber, etc.). and, that is a huge market that was ripe for new bands that would tour due to population and geography.

I'm still going though the bands I missed in the 90s but this just made it to this century

I quit listing to the radio statons along time ago.
