Here is something I found by accident. A great cover of "Sound Of Silence" by Simon and Garfunkel by the band Disturbed. I thought it was worth a spot here.

Back in the 70s ...during one of our summer trips to Kentucky (grandma's house Paducah Ky) from So Cal...the thermometer at a gas station in Nevada read 116 degrees! ...and my brother and I road in the back of the truck camper shell! Lol

June through September are the worst. The other eight months are a breeze.

Who was crying clown, you? Doesn't make sense you would even say that unless you were.

Oh yeah "Anna Who Loves Bananas" I see you still haven't played one single game of chess here. I guess you like bananas a lot more than chess.

I like chess a lot more than a stinking banana and that's why I have played over 4,000 games of chess.

By the way "Anna Who Loves Bananas" here is rule #4 in my original post.

4. Complete Stupidity (only regular stupidity is Okay)

So far you have highly surpassed the regular stupidity.

It doesn't get so hot here in the midwest, but the humidity is terrible.  Then from the middle of November until March it's cold, with snow and ice if we're not lucky.  We've got about 6 weeks a year when the weather is actually nice.

Midwest is the best!!

Every day, I go out on my porch and have a battle with the hornets.  They started it.  One bit my daughter, then my son.  I went to the store, got two huge cans of Raid and went serial on them.  Went after their homes, chased them away with a can of spray.

I let them be, until they attacked first.  The war is still going on, however, i'm winning the battle.
