Recently Warrior asked me about my FIL. There's a funny story about the guy: in the early 70's the couple emigrated to Germany, like many other Spaniards (especially Galicians). It has been great there for people of that generation, but he had a little problem. He messed with a Turk at the factory and, according to him, those people usually were carrying the knife at work. So he broke his arm with a huge wrench he had in handy.
Naturally those cube heads kicked his ass back to the little Galician village, and six years later he got a job in Madrid. Better so, I can't even imagine my wife scolding some poor sap in German, it is bad enough in Spanish or Galician.
