Hi there. My account has been locked for unfair play. I did not cheat nor do have any applications open or anything in this direction, still my account is locked. I don't know what to do, the email brought me this new account right here, but playing chess feels different now. Is there any way I can get my locked account back? Thanks in advance (Old username: NevadaBrunnen65). I was just finally getting better at chess. I gained 300 Elo this day, maybe it was because of this?

Reach out to support using the “help” tab, and click “account unfairly banned”. You’ll get a response in your email in about 3-5 business days.
Gaining 300 elo a day is very suspicious. You can’t hide appeal against your ban. I don’t know how, but if you contact support they’ll help.
