Posting about it here won't help out. You won't get details on how but the site stands by its process for that determination.

4 weeks ago I was a new premium Member in Chess.com.
3 Weeks my account was closed without any explanation.
I ask for explanation and they told me that I have "cheating".
2 weeks ago declared I have not cheated and I have wanted my money back for the membership (with is now done)
