I doubt the system in place is perfect but the most constructive thing to do is maybe help brainstorm a better way of doing things. Calling people unfair, biased 'idiouts' never helps. Another good idea is to make your posts more intelligible. There is a spellchecker in your posting tools, I used it for intelligible and it seems to work.
