I would:
Ask the ATC for landing permission
Descend until I can see the runway
And land
Do you guys even know how much a plane costs you cant just send it in the ocean like

If the pilots are not incapacitated, follow the crew's directions to brace for impact
Me: We have 29 people and 30 parachutes.
Some guy: Tries to be the hero, and jumps out of the plane.
Planes can still glide even without thrust, so theoretically you find a field you should be fine
Let the plane fall to an ocean, water would save me from getting fall damage if I jump at the last second

THAT'S NOT HOW FALLING WORKS!!
But what if only one engine died?
Then we would be fine if we have a enough experienced pilot
