"did not follow protocol" or "broke the rules" but I thought the law was the rules...
The State Department had regulations to send most email via their secured government servers. Failure to follow State Department regulations would result in disciplinary actions being leveed against the rule-breaker according to the final judgment of the Secretary of State. Since Hillary was the Secretary of State, her final judgment is that she actually did nothing wrong. That's why this is a non-issue.

The Office of the Inspector General won't do anything. Now that the Republicans have picked Trump, no one will lift a finger to affect the outcome of the election process.

And we got the Liberitarian ticket and rumors of an un-named last minute Independant ticket that will pop up at the last minute. That announcement caused Trump to throw a Twitter tantrum. We got a billionaire suing Gawker.com about being gay. That has some interesting ramifications in terms of the lawsuit, not the sexual preference.
Hillary is going to win the elections with a landslide .She will be the Angela Merckel of the USA.
