any ideas for a USA Gov't Bill?

This summer i'm going to a Gov't camp and we have to make a bill about something. i don't have any ideas.(this doesn't have anything to do with chess) i don't have Facebook or Twitter. (if i did, i'd post it on that...) so if you guys have any ideas, if you could help me out, that'd be great.

Writing a bill to balance the Federal budget would be good.  :)

Seriously, what about a bill that would create a National Chess Day to promote chess.

How about something on how not to elect people into Congress based on who is best on hiding their mistakes?

How about a bill respecting the sovereignty of other countries? A bill barring any administration from invading and overthrowing governments? That would be brand new in the history of the U.S.

how about a bill that would remove (or even just raise) the taxable income cap on the payroll tax which would effectively fund medicare and social security indefinately?

There are so many, it depends how much work you want to do and how much you're into it. Trysts idea would not only be novel but might also strike fear in any government representatives that might visit!

How about a bill that would directly tie the salary of congress to the economy (the sequester isn't hurting them)?

A bill that deals with Social Security. Allow taxation on income over $113,000 or raise the age requirement?

A bill to streamline the tax code?

A bill to end certain subsidies?

Tarrifs?

Repeal the Patriot Act?

Eliminate the Fed?

The list is virtually endless. Again, it comes down to how much work you want to do!
