Artificial Human

Suppose we develop a robot that is able to replicate human behavior both physically and mentally so well that they become indistinguishable from humans and without doubt absolutely convince u that it's human by talking with you(u would not even know u are talking to a robot) , would u after knowing that it is a robot still consider it as a human? What are your thoughts on this?
If the robot follows Asimov's law then that would deviate from it's purpose as it goal is to be human and humans can and does hurt each other
If we would actually consider them as human it would open a whole lot of ethical issues and laws will have to be rewritten as we will have to give them all the fundamental rights we enjoy.
