It says that we will reach a point in time when the creating of new technology becomes faster and faster, exponentially eventually reaching a point of no return where everything becomes uncertain about what will happen to us. People say the creation of self improving AI will be the singularity as they will keep improving themselves and will eventually surpass human intelligence.
