I’m a Yankees fan, but we basically have a lot of mediocre players who have overachieved so far. Hopefully Volpe will be banished to AAA where he belongs, but it seems as though his guardian angel is keeping him in the Bigs for now. My guess is if any other AL East team gets even slightly hot, we will fall quickly in the standings. We will probably eventually get into the playoffs and get beaten again.
