Well, I don’t regret very much of what I did from here, but probably either trolling Hazel at the beginning or maliciously attacking Breeze for a while.
For your second question, I didn’t add it to the list because I ranked them based on how well-written they were, and not necessarily by success. Obviously, if I made a list that was more geared towards impact on the community, then that would easily be at the top.

I would tell them to only post when they have something to say, or if they can contribute to discussions in some way. I would also tell them that things tend to get chaotic at times, and that they should stay out of most of the drama that takes place.
