Coding is not all about typing syntax. Coding/Programming is learning how to solve a problem and organize procedural actions to achieve the desired result. The knowledge of logic and efficiency is much greater than knowing the syntax of every language that's out there. wink.png

Scratch is just an educational program designed to prepare aspiring programmers for the real deal. It introduces things like variables and loops early on which is really helpful. It's really good for newcomers.
