Who would perform such an amputation?

I imagine only a zoologist would have the requisite sociopathy along with large enough hacksaws.

Depends upon the medical regulatory system of the relevant nation. Could be a state regulated medical body, could be a private body modification business, could be very odd neighbours.

Come on guys, who among us doesn't have a human leg collection? Let's stop pretending this is a real question.

The consensus of the medical community is a result of the golden rule. Those with gold set the rules.

Those with money know they need to thin their herd, which means doing things that would increase the number of sterilized people.

People who want this done to their body , have a much bigger problem. The first thing they need to do, is check in at the nearest sanatorium ! 🙀

I think our society is heading in a very scary direction... every single one of our ancestors had a very clear vision that some things are suppose to be the way they are...it wasint stupidity it was the very basic logic of life .you don't mess with peoples genders. especially young people who are convinced that the way they feel at age 15 is the way they will feel there whole life.. and they end up being some oversized ballerina dancer in a pink tutu while the media cheers them on...while th on camera they smile at home they cry....at least they have a good chance of winning the competitions....with undersized pink clothing fit for they're male looking body.

80 to 90 percent of teens who have gender confusion issues resolve those issues in their twenties.

This is why you are seeing stories of women lamenting their transitions wanting babies now but can no longer have any due to a surgery as a teen.

More than 2 genders isn't a new thing.

Your imagination does not constitute a strong argument.

I wouldn't look to our ancestors for wisdom. They tended to have ridiculous beliefs, perform horrendous acts of atrocity, and have really bad ideas about society should be ordered. The past is a foreign country you wouldn't want to live in.

You didn't read the wiki articles I linked you, did you?

Oh yes, Wiki is the source of valid information.

It's very good, to be fair.

I mean, better than some randomer on the net with an agenda who believes things contrary to established scientific consensus.

Sure, part of life is having regrets.

Which is why people take life altering decisions very seriously...

... what's your point?

Without agreeing or disagreeing with your overall statement, I want to point out something. Many of our ancestors did not have a very clear vision how things were supposed to be. They were forced to live according to the social norms of the time or be killed. I have no idea what they would have thought about changing genders, if it could even occur to them.

Yeah, just like people who commit suicide take their actions seriously.

Kids are not mature enough to make serious decisions. But who knows, maybe Canada will start sending kids suicide kits as well.
