How to Win Friends and Influence People is a timeless classic. It was written in 1936 but holds up really well.
If you're fine with some more mature stuff, I'd definitely recommend Shadow and Bone, as well as the rest of the Grishaverse series (plural!) That's definitely on my favorite list
