Is there any fix for this? Chess.com why are so many members getting falsely muted? It is INSANE and I really do hope that whatever is going on stops.
These are, of course, the Biggest Members.

I got muted recently as well. Before the 7 day mute, I was flagged for a grand total of 3 times. Each time was during trash talk against my friend whom I've played with 60~ times in this site. The 4th flag, I don't even know which word flagged me. I got handed a 7 day mute, which took 3 days to be manually lifted by a staff member.

I doubt that was another one of their excuses, ppl were spamming. But throughout the thread nobody could handle the fact that I wasnt serious. The only reason these mutes happen is bc of colby and all the kids younger than 9
