Chess Dreams
Little Daniel, The original post was a question about whether or not some people have solved complex chess moves in their dreams while they sleep.
I have done this with math before and it made me wonder about chess. Especially the top ranked players who have played for a very long time.
well..........I have recently been dreaming........not about solving complex chess moves though
...well it was really a nightmare to be honest.....I woke up in a sweat..trying to solve my nightmare. A PUB WITH NO BEER !!!

As Freud observed, dreams have two components: the latent and the manifest.
The manifest is simply "wish fulfillment," where your visualize winning, for example.
More interesting is the latent, wherein dreams become more symbolic (the King is the father, the Queen the mother, et cetera).
Yet dreaming of Chess could also be an unresolved problem, like the scientist who was so frustrated over the molecular structure of Benzine that it invaded his dreams and provided the solution.
Clearly, dreaming about chess indicates a true passion for the game, like a composer imagining a symphony in sleep. On the other hand, I could be and indication to "Get a Life"
I've recently morphed into a Magical Music Box, so posting song lyrics and music videos is about all I'm good for anymore.
Well, it's a pleasant oldie anyway.
...and if that doesn't suit your taste, how about relaxing to some Rammstein instead?
something special about a father and daughter singing together...........not a chess dream per se......but...........
